At Brave Haven Therapy, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for children (ages 3+), adolescents, adults, and families. This space is rooted in the belief that healing is both possible and personal and that each person brings unique strengths and insight to their journey.
My work supports families navigating behavioral challenges, individuals processing trauma, and adults reconnecting with parts of themselves that may have been silenced or overwhelmed. I bring a creative and collaborative approach to therapy, incorporating play, art, movement, and music (especially in work with children). Together, we explore meaningful ways to build resilience, deepen connection, and foster lasting change.

Individual Therapy for children, teens and adults
Individual therapy for children ages 3 and up, adolescents, and adults. I also offer family based approaches to support behavioral management and trauma recovery for children and teens.
Skills based psychoeducation groups and group coaching
Brave Haven offers groups for children and parents focused on promoting social skills, emotional regulation, and supportive and trauma informed parenting.
Consultation and Supervision
Rebecca is a Board Approved Supervisor and is available for supervision and consultation in the areas of trauma and attachment, child abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence, and behavioral management.
